spacious office and assembly areas as well as our own
sheet metal, machine shop and test lab.
Our Quality Control System
is in accordance with MIL-I-45208A. Each transformer
is 100% tested. They are subjected to a visual, mechanical
and electrical inspection which includes turns ratio,
dielectric test, inductance, continuity, insulation
resistance, thermal shock and corona.
Critical Applications Testing
- We have completed numerous contracts requiring 1st
article testing to MIL-T-27 and MIL-PRF-27.
Prototypes - Complete
facilities to design, engineer and produce prototype
quantities.
Our people, many of
whom are long term employees, have years of experience
in building transformers and produce a product with
quality built in.
